Instruction for Oral Presentation

This page is designed to prepare invited speakers and abstract presenters for their oral presentations at the STS 2026 International Conference. Familiarize yourself with the program, your session and fellow speakers. The scientific program is available on the conference website click here. We recommend checking the online program regularly, as updates or changes may occur.

  •   All scientific research cited, reported or used to support patient care recommendations must follow generally accepted standards of experimental design, data collection, analysis and interpretation.
  • All patient care recommendations must be based on current scientific evidence and rational clinical reasoning. It must also present a fair and balanced view of available diagnostic and therapeutic options.
  •  Any information that is investigational within the research must be clearly disclosed.
  •  Speakers must disclose any financial or relevant relationships with commercial entities related to their presentation.
  •  The Conflict of Interest Disclosure slide must be completed using the official conference PowerPoint template click here and must be included in the presentation.
  •  Presentation content must be free of commercial bias. Content must be educational and scientific in nature, not promotional.
  •  Content must be original, properly cited, and free from plagiarism.
  •  AI-assisted content must be declared via email to the organizing committee at by no later than August, 2026.
  •  Ensure you bring your presentation to the conference on a USB flash drive.
  •   Personal laptops will not be supported for presentations.
  •   All presentations must be uploaded through the conference audiovisual (AV) system.
  •   Speakers are required to go to their assigned hall and submit their presentation to the AV team.
  •   Presentations must be uploaded at least 90 minutes before the scheduled session start time to ensure proper setup and testing.

  •  The first slide must include the presenter’s name and the presentation title.
  •  The second slide must include the conflict of interest disclosure. This slide is already included in the official template and must not be removed.
  •  Company logos, promotional content and marketing materials are not permitted in any presentation slides.
  •  If your presentation includes video clips, they must be embedded directly into the PowerPoint file and saved in MP4 format. Do inform the AV team that your presentation contains video clips.
  •  All presentations must be prepared in a standard widescreen format (16:9).
  •  Presentations must be in English and clearly readable from a distance (use large fonts and simple visuals).
  •  Speakers are responsible for ensuring their presentation runs within the allocated time.
  •  Prepare your presentation in .PPT or .PPTX format only.
  •  All session hall computers use Microsoft Office 2019 or later.
  •  Slides must be in 16:9 widescreen format and landscape orientation to display correctly on the screens.
  •  Convert your presentation to PowerPoint (.PPT or .PPTX) or PDF format.
  •  Use standard fonts such as Arial, Times New Roman, or Verdana, as special fonts may not appear on PC computers.
  •  Insert all images as JPG files.
  •  The following image formats will not display on PC-based PowerPoint systems: TIF, PNG, or PICT.
